Exercise or movement plays an important role in our energy levels not only because we burn energy with movement, but because our bodies need to move in order to process food and air and convert it into useable energy.

The Chinese developed highly sophisticated exercises based on energy principals that help improve energy circulation and how we process food and air. Advice may be given on self- acupressure/massage techniques, breathing practices and various exercises including walking, stretching or qi-gong.
